If you have purchased a product online that has arrived damaged, please notify us within 3 business days through email: info@standsix.com or call toll-free number 1(800) 699-1477. Stand Six Inc. will determine that the product is damaged or if there’s an error on our part and the reasons for return the product. Please download and print our Return form. If you require more information call our Customer Service line at 1-800-699-1477.

Online Shopping

What if I forget my password? You will see below the login screen Forgot Your Password? link, just click on it. Enter your user name and e-mail address and click on Send your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password that you will be able to change next time you are logged in. You may also call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-699-1477 for Tech Support.

Important information for protect your password and account on Stand Six:

-Don't share your password with others. Protect it. Remember: Stand Six will never ask for your password by phone or by email.
-Choose a strong and unique password (by using a combination of letters and numbers that are not easily guessed). Avoid using the same password for other accounts.
-Use caution when someone asks for sensitive information through email. If you get an email requesting personal information and you're unsure if Stand Six actually sent it, do not click any links or enter information. Instead, forward the email to support@standsix.com

Can I change my password anytime? 
There is no expiry date set for your password. You may wish to change your password from time to time. To do so request it on: support@standsix.com. We will update your profile and provide you with all of the instructions.

About your order and shipment delivery

For now, we only deliver within Canada. We have one shipping carrier: Canada Post (Regular and Expedited Parcel). An order submitted before 5 pm (Alberta time) usually ships from our warehouse within three regular business days of order receipt. The number of days for delivery (including order processing and fulfillment) appears on the checkout page. The number of days required for order processing and delivery is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

Our standard shipping prices are (in CAD):

Are the product prices the same online as they are in-store


No, we have established a suggested selling price for our retailers, the same as what you see in our online store. We cannot control however our retailers market conditions and competitive pressures. Therefore online pricing and product selection may differ from your local store.

Will you let me know if something I've ordered is not available?

On our site you can see when something is low or out of stock. You will see a customized message to indicate that. If there are any problems processing your order, Stand Six will contact you through on email explaining the situation or through a telephone call in the next 3 days.

What's happening with my order? 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail. You may also call Stand Six Customer Service at 1(800) 699-1477 (toll-free) for assistance and they will let you know your order status.

What personal information do you collect? For what purpose?

Personal information is collected when you browse standsix.com to verify that all the customers are really police officers (active or retired). Also, we can provide you with the most up to date information about the products new products available according to your profile. When you become a member of standsix.com and/or place an order, we collect personal information about you including your credit card number, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address and telephone number. Yes, as do all the sites world wide, standsix.com uses cookies to remember information you gave us so that you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit. And every time you come back to the site everything is going to be faster.

What credit cards does Stand Six accept online? Stand Six Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal or using an Paypal account (you have to be registered with Paypal or use your account if you have one already) Paypal is recognized as the global leader in online payment services and is a secure company with the most advanced fraud prevention system. Paypal is available in 45 countries.

Can I pay for my purchase with a combination of credit cards?

-We can only accept one credit card per purchase of either single or multiple items.

If I place an order to be sent to another province, which sales tax rate will I be charged?

When you place an order to be delivered to another province, the destination province's sales tax will be applied to your order. Some provinces collect PST plus GST, some collect GST only, and some collect HST only. For example, if you live in Alberta and you place an order to be delivered in Ontario, the Ontario PST (8%) as well as the GST (5%) will be applied to your order. If you place an order to be delivered in Nova Scotia, the HST (13%) will be applied to your order.
