Fortify with Supplements

We have all heard the vitamin and mineral ads where we are told that our diets may not provide us with all of the nutrients that we need. This is very true, but the other truth that many people do not know is that you cannot get all of these required nutrients in one little multivitamin pill either.

If you are a healthy individual and are not suffering from any health challenges such as weight problems, diabetes, cancer, digestive disorders, anxiety or depression or cardiovascular disease, we recommend that you use the following as a guide for your supplementation program.
